Education, professional growth and career opportunities for athletic trainers.
Athleticare Sports Health Foundation is a premier resource for athletic trainers, offering resources that support their education and professional growth.
Our fellowship is a distinctive opportunity for athletic trainers who want more experience and training in the field. It pairs classroom learning with real-world experience to develop higher-caliber athletic trainers who deliver quality care to high school athletes — preventing and treating injuries, educating and supporting parents, coaches and student-athletes, and helping reduce school district liability for sports injuries.
The 24-month program combines online courses from partner educators such as Concordia University with on-field work at underserved high schools. Graduates leave with advanced skills and stronger career prospects.

Our Career Center is another resource for certified athletic trainers. Apply at no cost and gain hands-on experience in high school athletics programs — positions that can also be a path into our graduate fellowship program.
