Dorian is an experienced business leader and athlete who brings business acumen and a passion for youth sports to the Athleticare Sports Health Foundation board.
He graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 1998 with a major in German. At Southeast he joined Air Force ROTC, competed as a high jumper on the track team, served as president of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity and worked as a campus Community Advisor. After graduation he was commissioned into the U.S. Air Force, where he served for six years.
Microsoft recruited Dorian in 2004 as a Director on its Cybersecurity team, combining his interest in security with services delivery. In 2012 he became Senior Director of User Experience on the Americas Enterprise Services leadership team, and in 2014 his role expanded to cover User Experience for Microsoft's entire Worldwide Services organization. He has more than 15 years of leadership, business and technology experience and marked 10 years with Microsoft on March 1, 2014.
In his spare time, Dorian has worked with the US Anti-Doping Association.
