Brenna is in her first year as an Athleticare athletic training fellow. The daughter of an Army Colonel, she found her interest in sports medicine through her high school's athletic training club. She recently graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where she rotated with football, track and field, women's basketball, wrestling and volleyball after being admitted to the athletic training program.
After earning her bachelor's degree she joined Athleticare and is now Head Athletic Trainer at Lindbergh High School, providing sports medicine education and care to its athletes. She is pursuing a master's degree in Applied Exercise Science with a focus on Human Movement. In her free time she cheers on Nebraska athletics, travels and explores her new home in St. Louis.
